Magnesium Sleepy Roller

This little 10ml roller of goodness will have you and your little ones drifting off into the deepest, most restful sleep. 

The combination of magnesium oil and essential oils makes this formulation so unique. We love our bottles of magnesium here at Moil and More but sometimes its so much easier to grab the roller to use, especially on our little humans. With the added essential oils you will feel relaxed and zen in no time. 

Directions for Adults - All you need to do is, apply to wrists, temples or back of neck as needed during the day to relieve stress. At night add this to your bedtime routine, adding the to the wrists, temples, neck, soles of feet and stomach. 

Directions for Children - Apply sparingly and massage into your baby’s feet, lower legs and stomach approximately 30 minutes prior to bed. You can also use this during the day as required to relax your baby or children. Start using sparingly and gradually build up as required

Lavender Oil - The scent of lavender has been proven to relax and ease tension, great to sooth the mind and ease any anxiety and stress. 

Frankincense Oil -  This one lowers the body's anxiety and stress levels and leads to a more rested sleep. It's calming, grounding scent also helps open breathing passages, allowing your body to reach its ideal temperature for sleeping. 

Roman Chamomile Oil - Chamomile operates as a very mild tranquilizer and sleep inducer. Roman chamomile has been used to calm nerves, ease headaches, and aid in relaxation for centuries. Studies have also been found that Roman Chamomile has been found to reduce the amount of time it takes to fall asleep.
