We use 100% natural Epsom Salt, sourced from Germany, which is one of the few places where you will find naturally occurring and derived raw materials for Epsom salts, magnesium and sulfate. Our Himalayan Salts are hand-mined salt found naturally deep inside the pristine Himalayan Mountains. These pink salts are found to lower blood pressure and remove toxins such as heavy metals from the body. They contain 84 trace elements & iron.

DIRECTIONS: Add half of the packet into your warm bath, soak and relax for 15 to 20 minutes for best results.
